Shipping Policy

Singapore Order

    1. Confirmed orders will be dispatched to Courier Agency within 1-3 business days once orders are accepted by us. Customers will receive complimentary delivery for orders above or equivalent to SGD$80. While orders below SGD$80 will be charged for delivery fee of SGD$5. Confirmed orders are valued as Registered Packages with tracking number.
    2. Customers shall receive their orders within 7 business days from the Courier Agency.
    3. In the event that a customer was unable to receive the orders, it will be returned to us and the customer will be contacted by us to reschedule for a new delivery. There will be a charge for re-delivery which customers need to pay prior to delivery. Customers may also arrange for their own delivery arrangement by emailing us at
International Order
    1. Do write to us at hello@petitcarol.comlet us know the items you wish to order and your delivery address. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight. We will check and get back to you within 24 hours on the best available services.
    2. Confirmed orders will be dispatched to Courier Agency within 3 business days once orders are accepted by us. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and it will be imposed at the check-out session of each order). Confirmed orders are valued as Registered Packages with tracking number.
    3. Customers will need to bare all import taxes that are imposed by their local authorities at the point of receiving the items, if any.
    4. Customers shall receive their orders within 14-21 business days. However, some orders may experience some delays, depending on their local authorities’ regulations in their respective countries.
    5. Customers’ orders/items that have been dispatched by the Courier Agency to their respective countries and should the items be lost/damaged during the shipping process, Petit Carol holds no liabilities on the orders. Customers may contact the Courier Agency by themselves with the provided orders/shipping details from us.

Exchange Policy 

Please read our Exchange Policy carefully. Our Exchange Policy applies for Singapore and International orders. We reserve the right to modify our Exchange Policy at any time. Please note that any shipping incur under our Exchange Policy differs from our Shipping Policy.

    1. All items are curated in the best possible way for you before shipment. Rest assured that the quality of all items is our top priority. We would like to remind you that all wood-based and hand-made items' appearance may vary between one another because of its nature.
    2. We do not accept exchange for the followings as below:
      1. Wood based items
      2. Hand-made items
      3. All types of BIBS Pacifiers
      4. Discounted & seasonal items 
      5. Wrong orders made by customers
      6. Both used and damaged items
      7. Clothing ware items
    3. On the other hand, we understand that ordering Footware items online can be complex. Therefore, we would like to offer our valued customers a 3 working days exchange policy for Footware items ONLY, with conditions as below (this apply for Singapore & International orders):
      1. Customers who wish for an exchange must email to us at within 3 working days upon receiving the items. The details of the email shall include; Title: Exchange follow by order number and attachment of either photos or videos of the items that the customers wish to exchange and as well as the shipping postage detail that is intact on the packaging. We will reply to your email within 1-2 days, as an acknowledgement that the customers have requested for an exchange of item/items. 
      2. Once customers have received the acknowledgement from us, they must ship the items to us within 1-2 days after receiving the acknowledgement. The shipment cost & arrangement shall be at customers’ own liabilities. After that, customers must inform us via email at with details of the shipment. Please note that items MUST BE in original condition and packaging.
      3. As soon as we have received the items from the customers, we will inform the customers via email as an acknowledgement within 1-2 business days that we have received the items. We will then check for physical damages (depending on the requests’ volume, the checking process might take up to 3 business days). Please note that your exchange is still in-progress at this point. After checking the items, you will receive an email from us within 3 business days should your exchange is valid or invalid, together with the exchange details.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

We do not accept cancellation and/or refund for both Singapore and International orders. However, we do offer exchange for specific items, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
